TERMS OF USE

Simple tools. Clear expectations.

Last updated: November 2, 2026.

These terms apply to Calling You, operated by Aliya, Room 904, Guorui Xi’an Financial Center, No. 10 Jinye Road, Yanta District, Xi’an, Shaanxi, China. Questions can be sent to aliyshelton832@gmail.com.

Using the tools

You may use Calling You for classroom activities, meeting facilitation, and everyday random selections. You are responsible for the names and information you enter and for deciding whether a selection method is suitable for your activity.

Understand each mode

Equal chance, Least-picked first, and No-repeat draw have different rules, explained in the guide. Team maker balances team sizes on generation rather than student characteristics; manual moves may create unequal sizes. The tool is not a certified lottery service and does not provide independently verified draw records.

Local data and backups

Classrooms, rosters, recent results, and saved teams are saved in your browser when available. Clearing browser storage, using private browsing, moving domains, or changing devices can make those records unavailable. Keep downloaded backups when you need reliable retention.

Availability and limitations

The tools are provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Participation and answer records reflect entries you make; answers are not automatically assessed. Review important results and records before relying on them. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Respectful and lawful use

Do not use the service to violate others' rights or applicable rules. Obtain any permissions needed to process personal information, and follow your organization's classroom and privacy policies.

Changes and contact

Features and these terms may change as the service develops. The date above identifies the current notice. Contact the operator if you have questions or would like to report a problem.
